Ms. Piracha is director in Infinity Consultants UK and a partner at Samdani & Qureshi. She was admitted to the Punjab Bar in 2003. Her areas of practice include corporate, and general civil litigation, adhoc and international arbitration, pre-trial negotiations, settlements and general consultancy in contentious matters. He has extensive experience in the field of contract negotiations, drafting, vetting and rendering legal advice on issues pertaining to contracts.

She  is heavily involved in construction, arbitration and foreign investment related matters. She has played a pivotal role in high profile arbitration proceedings and has appeared before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, Washington in construction and commercial related arbitrations. In addition to this, she has also recently represented foreign companies in arbitration proceedings under the rules of arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris and is working on international arbitrations before ICC and ICSID. She has advised on project development and prepared concessions for various infrastructure projects based upon the Public Private Partnership modality.
